HUBUNGAN STATUS GIZI DAN OLAHRAGA TERHADAP DISMENORE
Abstract
Background. Based on the observations and observations the author conducted in the field on grade VII and VII students at SMP Negeri 3 West Cliff, Meranti Archipelago Regency, namely when participating in the Physical Education learning process, the authors assume that the level of exercise for some female students is still low or their level of exercise is not very good. The study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status and Dysmenorrhea in female students at SMP N 3 Tebing Tinggi Barat, Tebing Tinggi Barat, Meranti Islands Regency. Method. This research method is correlational, namely a study to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the level of exercise of female students at SMPN 3 Tebing Tinggi Barat, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency.
Subject. The population totaled 118 people and the samples taken were only female students of class VII and VIII as many as 20 people. This sample was taken by distributing questionnaires and using BMI ( body mass index) weighing body weight and measuring height.
Result. Based on the analysis results, the following results were obtained: There is a relationship between nutritional status and Dysmenorrhea. rcount = 0.651>rtabel = 0.4438. There is a relationship between exercise and Dysmenorrhea. rcount = 0.573 >rtabel = 0.4438. There is a relationship between Nutritional Status and Exercise together on Dysmenorrhea. fhitung = 9.928 >ftabel = 3.88, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between X1 and X2 together with Y. Based on the above hypothesis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable.
