SELF-REGULATION EMOSI PADA ANAK TUNALARAS DI SEKOLAH
Abstract
Abstract: Children with emotional and behavioral disoder have difficulty controlling emotions and social situations. Emotional disorders are experienced by children when they cannot get along with other people, deviant behavior, or are unable to participate in learning due to health, intelligence or sensory abilities. Angry emotions in deaf children can be controlled by themselves through self-regulation habits. The aim of this research is to find out the facilities and infrastructure owned by the school and their use in the process of getting used to self-regulating angry emotions in the school environment. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with sampling techniques aimed at collecting data through documentation, observation and interviews. The research instrument is the researcher himself. The research subjects were SLB Negeri 1 Surakarta students with informant sources being teachers, principals and deputy principals. The data was analyzed for validity by triangulating the data with the flow of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that SLB N 1 Surakarta has the facilities and infrastructure, programs and treatment to support children in self-regulation angry emotions in the school environment.
Abstrak: Tunalaras yang dialami anak menyebabkan sulit dalam mengontrol emosi dan sosial. Gangguan emosional dialami anak pada saat tidak bisa berbaur dengan orang lain, berperilaku menyimpang, tidak mampu mengikuti pembelajaran dikarenakan kesehatan, kecerdasan, maupun sensorik. Emosi marah pada anak tunalaras bisa dikontrol oleh dirinya sendiri melalui pembiasaan self-regulation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki sekolah dan penggunaannya dalam proses pembiasaan self-regulation emosi marah di lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik purpose sampling untuk pengumumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Intumen penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri. Subjek penelitian siswa SLB Negeri 1 Surakarta dengan naras umber informan guru, kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah. Data dianalisis validitas trianggulasi data dengan alurrreduksi data, penyajian data dan penatikan kesimpulan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa si SLB N 1 Surakarta tersedianya sarana dan prasarana, program, dan treatment untuk mendukung anak dalam mengatur sendiri emosi marah di lingkungan sekolah.
