Abstract
Abstract: Aggressive behavior in teenagers is one of the problems that often arises in the school environment, especially among students with special needs. Students with special needs often face greater challenges in controlling their emotions and behavior compared to other students. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of self-control techniques applied to ABK. Method: This research uses a qualitative approach method with a qualitative descriptive research type, namely describing the findings narratively. Conclusion: self-control techniques can be implemented in teenagers with special needs as a way to control emotions.
