Abstract

Drinking coffee has become something that is usually done by the community. Coffee shops are the place of choice for all people to enjoy coffee while chatting with friends. We often find coffee shops in various places and are familiar to us. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing service (Place, People, Process, and Physical Evidence) on purchasing decisions at Chok Coffee Shop in Tigaraksa. The sample in this study was 70 people obtained from consumer or customer data from Chok Coffee Shop. The data in this study were observed from the calculations of the questionnaires that had been distributed. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Place, People, Process, and Physical Evidence together on the Purchase Decision of Chok Coffee Shop in Tigaraksa. Then to partially also show that the variables Place, People, Process, and Physical Evidence each have a partial influence on the decision to buy a chok coffee shop in Tigaraksa.
