Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Profitability on Firm Value (PER). The population used in this study are Pharmaceutical Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. This type of research is quantitative, using secondary data, purposively sampling as many as 9 companies, and statistically analyzed inference in the form of multiple regression, as well as testing the hypothesis using the t test and F test. The results showed that the capital structure variable partially has a significant effect on the value company and profitability partially have no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, capital structure and profitability have a significant effect on firm value.
