Abstract

In order for the company to progress from time to time, the organization must manage its human resources properly and correctly. Organizations will need employees with good performance levels, abilities that match the vision and mission, and good skills. The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of employees at PT Awatronics Batam is affected partially and simultaneously by work supervision and career development. The people involved in this study were employees, with a total of 139 people. This study involved 139 respondents. In this study, the saturated sample technique was used. This study uses a questionnaire to collect data. The SPSS 25 program is used to process this data. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that the performance of PT Awatronics Batam employees was positively and significantly influenced by work supervision, with a value of 15.711 greater than t table 1.97756, and career development, with a value of 2.038 greater than t table 1.97756. In addition, the results of the study show that the performance of PT Awatronics Batam employees is positively and significantly affected simultaneously by work supervision and career development, with a value of 173.565 greater than f table 3,06.
