Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of employees at PT. Basa Inti Persada Jakarta. The type of research used is associative research. The population of this study are permanent employees of PT. Basa Inti Persada Jakarta, totaling 50 people. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people using the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the permanent employees of PT. Basa Inti Persada Jakarta. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Partially, it shows that the variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment each have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Simultaneously it shows that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of PT. Basa Inti Persada Jakarta.
