Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Delivery Accuracy (X1), Customer Loyalty (X2), Delivery Service (X3), and Service Quality (X4) on JNE Express Consumer Trust (Y) in Batam. The research method used is the quantitative method and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The population in this study are customers who use JNE Express services in Batam. The data used are primary data obtained from 110 respondents who have used or are currently using JNE Express services in Batam. The results of the research show that the Accuracy of Delivery, Customer Loyalty, Delivery Service, and Service Quality simultaneously influence consumer confidence. Overall, Delivery Accuracy, Customer Loyalty, Delivery Service, and Service Quality have a significant effect on JNE Express Consumer Confidence. Based on the multiple linear regression statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.250, meaning that 25% of the variables of Accuracy of Delivery, Customer Loyalty, Delivery Service, and Service Quality affect Consumer Trust.
