IMPLEMENTATION OF OPERATIONAL STRATEGY FOR ONLINE-BASED APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT AT RASBIN INDONESIA FOUNDATION WITH MEDICAL BANK PRODUCTS
Abstract
The data shows that health workers such as general practitioners in Indonesia have to serve 2,320 people, while specialist doctors have to serve approximately 8,540 people throughout Indonesia. In the analysis of the business environment using the Porter's five forces method, it was found that competition between competing industries had high pressure with a value of 6.4, meaning that the competition in this industry was quite high with the presence of pre-existing competitors, so the RASBiN Indonesia foundation carried out an analysis to overcome this with scenario plan analysis and path analysis which resulted in steps in solving the problem. In addition, this chapter tells about the PESTEL analysis which results in a point regarding the analysis of success factors in this business which are assessed as external factors. For the EFE and IFE assessments, the scores for EFE were 3.05 and IFE were 3.6. This shows that the business carried out by the RASBiN Indonesia foundation can still compete with existing internal strengths.
