THE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION, WORK DISCIPLINE, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT PUTRA TEGUH MANDIRI
Abstract
Motivation is defined as a force that influences and supports human behavior or as a desire to engage in activities, whether strong or weak efforts are made. Discipline is a management activity for the application of organizational standards. The main goal of work discipline is to maximize efficiency by preventing wastage of time and effort. Occupational health and safety (K3) is closely related to efforts to prevent accidents and occupational diseases and is realized in the form of creating comfortable, healthy and prosperous, efficient and productive citizens and work areas.. The purpose of this study was carried out to test Work Motivation, Work Discipline and K3 on Employee Performance at PT Putra Teguh Mandiri. The quantitative approach can be seen as a positivist-inspired research technique. This strategy involves examining research methods from a focused population or sample, mathematical and statistical analysis of data. This type of sampling was not chosen by chance, the sampling method chosen was saturated sampling (census), that is, a sampling method in which all members of the general population are included in the sample. The sample in this study is the total population of 110 respondents. The results obtained are Work Motivation, Work Discipline and K3 have an influence on Employee Performance.
