Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam. To determine the effect of employee loyalty on employee performance at PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam. To determine the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam. To determine the effect of job satisfaction, employee loyalty, and organizational commitment on the performance of PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam employees. The research method used is qualitative with a questionnaire data collection technique. Respondents in this study were 135 employees of the Coil Automotive (Inductor)-PCL Department. The results showed that job satisfaction has an effect on Employee Performance at PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam. Employee loyalty affects PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam Employee Performance. Organizational Commitment Influences Employee Performance at PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam. Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty, and Organizational Commitment simultaneously/jointly affect Employee Performance at PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam partially and simultaneously affect employee performance at PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam.
