THE EFFECT OF ABILITY, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT OSI ELECTRONICS IN BATAM CITY

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of abilities, skills and experience on the performance of PT Osi Electronics Batam employees. The population in this study are employees of PT Osi Electronics Batam. The number of samples taken was 123 people, sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling system. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The data collection tool was carried out by distributing questionnaires with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The results of the t test showed that abilities, skills, experience had a positive effect on employee performance. And the results of the F test show that there is a simultaneous effect of abilities, skills, and experience on employee performance at PT Osi Electronics in Batam city.
