Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, interpersonal communication, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Borta Batam Sukses. This research was conducted by conducting a survey by distributing questionnaires. Test this research using validity test analysis, multicollinearity regression, reliability, coefficient of determination, hypotheses. In this study using the SPSS 26 program.
