ANALYSIS OF MOTIVATION, JOB SATISFACTION AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate how employee job satisfaction at coastal schools affects motivation and performance. In this study, a causal approach was adopted. Thirty employees served as the research sample. A questionnaire was employed in this study's data collection method. This study's data analysis method takes a quantitative approach and makes use of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and outer and inner model analysis. PLS (Partial Least Square) software is used in data processing. The study's findings demonstrate that while job satisfaction has no appreciable impact on employee performance, motivation has a major impact on job satisfaction and neither influence is significantly greater than the other. It is advised that further research be done in the future by broadening the study's scope and looking at unresearched elements such work culture and commitment.
