THE INFLUENCE OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment, career development, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study are employees of PT. Surya Lestari Mandiri. The sampling technique in this study is proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 132 respondents. This research is quantitative. The data analysis techniques used are validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, and hypothesis test which are then processed using the help of IBM SPSS 26.0 for Windows software. The results showed that the work environment, career development, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Surya Lestari Mandiri Cirebon.
