THE INFLUENCE OF EASE OF ACCESS, RISK AND TRUST ON THE DECISION TO USE E-WALLET DANA FOR BATAM CITY STUDENTS
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ease of access, risk and trust on E-Wallet users of Batam city student funds. This research was conducted using quantitative research. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis on user decisions show that ease of access has a negative effect on user decisions, risk has a positive effect on user decisions. Trust has a positive effect on user decisions. Research by conducting the coefficient of determination test shows that ease of access, risk and trust explain 39.9% of variations in user decisions. In addition, the t test and F test show that ease of access has a significant effect on user decisions, risk has no significant effect on user decisions, and trust has a significant effect on user decisions.
