THE INFLUENCE OF INCENTIVES, MOTIVATION AND DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT JOLIN PERMATA BUANA BATAM
Abstract
A company is said to be developing if the company can achieve the targets and expected results, meaning it does not experience losses. Therefore, the expected achievements cannot be separated from the process during work, where the ability of human resources here plays an important role in running the business. Human resources are all people who are in an organization and are involved in trying to realize the goals of the organization. By providing the best performance, the company will also appreciate it. In achieving its goals the company cannot be separated from employee performance. The method that will be applied in this research using quantitative descriptive. Quantitative research methods are objective in their research and have calculations in the form of tables, charts and graphs which involve collecting statistical data analysis. Based on the results of research tests that have been carried out with existing data using the SPSS 27 application, it can be stated that incentives, motivation and discipline It is clear that it has an influence on employee performance at PT Jolin Permata Buana. Previously, the f test results had a number of 461.099, which means the calculated f is greater than the f table, namely 2.69. Based on the results of the research and analysis that has been carried out, the author draws the conclusion that the variables incentive (X1), motivation (X2), and discipline (X3) partially have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Jolin Permata Buana.
