THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION, COMMUNICATION AND DISCIPLINE WORK ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT ENESIS BATAM CITY
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between employee performance and factors such as motivation, communication, and work discipline at PT Enesis Kota Batam.Methods This research used a saturation sampling method to collect data from a total of 124 participants. The questionnaire was the tool utilised for the data gathering method. SPSS version 25 was used for data processing. Table F test results with a significant value variable motivation, communication, and work discipline 0.000 alpha 0.05 and the calculated F value is 96.446 (F count)> 2.44 (F table). Table F test results with a value of t for motivation of 2.971 greater than t table 1.657; t value for communication of 3.884 greater than t table 1.657; and t value for work discipline of 4.818 greater than t table 1.657. The results demonstrate that the independent variables had an effect on worker output to the tune of a determination coefficient of 0.707 (70.7%), with the remaining 29.3% attributable to variables not included in the analysis.
