HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DENGAN KINERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH INKLUSIF
This research aims to determine the relationship between principal leadership and teacher performance in inclusive schools. This research, there are 2 variables looked at, namely the principal leadership (x) and teacher performance (y). This research uses a quantitative approach that is ex-post facto because it only reveals data on events that have already taken place and exist for respondents without treating or manipulating the variables studied. Respondents were conducted among several teachers in inclusive schools and data collection techniques were carried out by giving questionnaires via Google Form to several teachers in inclusive schools. This research concludes that there is a significant relationship or correlation between the principal leadership variable and the teacher performance variable of 0.932. This means that if the principal leadership is good then the teacher performance will also be good.
