Abstract
The Moro area is an integrated marine and fisheries center area. Known for its fisheries, beautiful beaches, cultural diversity and natural resources, this sub-district has a vital role in the economy and daily lives of residents. This research is intended to identify the form and structure of the region city of Moro as an example of a small city in the small islands area which has the potential to become a new growth center and has strategic value for the economy, security and national defense. The factors used to identify city form and structure in this research are land use and road network systems. The research results show that the shape of the Moro City Area is an unpatterned city. The spatial structure is a sector model from north to east, and some of them have a multi-core structure from south to west.
